The victim, a woman in her 70s, was walking on Emmanuel Street after withdrawing money from a cash machine at around 7.30am on Thursday, November 16.<br /><br />She was pushed to the floor by a cyclist as she walked along the road, causing her to hit her head.<br /><br />The offender then stole her purse before cycling off.<br /><br />Lancashire Police are now asking for the public's help to identify the cyclist in this footage.<br /><br />Anyone with information should contact police by calling 101 or emailing 5491@lancashire.police.uk, quoting log 0192 of November 16.
